Global Operations Organization
Program Profile:
This eighteen month rotational program offers candidates the chance to immerse themselves in various areas of the operations in order to build the skills and find their passion
Upon successful completion of minimum two rotations or before completion of eighteen months, candidates will be assigned to permanent roles within the Global Operations Team.
During the rotation candidates will be engaged in projects as well as regular assignments in one one of the following functions - Customer Supply Chain, Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Global Operations Strategy & Transformation, Quality and Value Engineering.
Typical projects could include
Predictive Analytics in Demand and Supply Planning to improve accuracy and inventory to impact Sales.
Inventory optimization Projects at Warehouse and Retailers.
Build spend cube and conduct spend analysis for a category
Partner with sourcing and value engineering team to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities for specific products
Explore and assess AI solutions to improve productivity in Global Operations
Develop RFP package for sourcing a new product working with engineering team and sourcing team
Provides analytical support in the execution phase of cross-functional transformation programs focused on improving Global Operations resilience
Build and maintain Reporting, Metrics, & Data Visualization to monitor and track performance against the Global Operations Strategic objectives

Key Qualifications:
Fresh Management and Engineering Masters Graduates from an operations discipline- Industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems, Manufacturing, Quality
Curiosity and adaptability to learn and apply emerging technologies, with a collaborative mindset and creative approach to problem-solving and enhancing workflow efficiencies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL, Phytoh, Power BI, Tableau.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey findings and recommendations.
Professional working proficiency in English (both oral and written)
Prior internship or project-based experience in operations, supply chain, analytics, or related areas preferred (full-time work experience is advantageous but not mandatory)
