Responsibilities:

  • Process Development: Help design and implement processes aligned with corporate policies and guidelines

  • Production Planning: Contribute to shaping new production planning processes within the new central distribution center environment

  • Replenishment Optimization: Refine replenishment processes with emphasis on efficiency, clarity, and responsible resource management

  • Digital & System Enhancements: Support improvements to ERP and forecasting tools to enhance material availability and reduce working capital needs

  • Supplier Integration: Support EDI connection development, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to effective digital collaboration with suppliers

  • Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve system errors, process inconsistencies, and workflow issues with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Invoice Coordination: Monitor invoice postings, identify deviations, and support corrections following the four‑eyes principle

  • Operational Support: Support urgent material shortages, supplier escalations, and express shipments; provide backup support within the planning area when needed

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business administration, economics, (industrial) engineering, or a comparable qualification

  • Professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations

  • Strong understanding of replenishment and disposition principles

  • Analytical thinking with the ability to solve problems constructively

  • Confident use of Microsoft Office tools

  • Proficient experience with SAP and forecasting systems

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in German and English

  • A collaborative, respectful, and inclusive working style; flexibility and commitment

  • Lean Management or Green Belt experience is a plus
