The Team You Will Be Joining
You’ll be joining our Compliance team comprising of 22 colleagues and that includes monitoring and policy roles. You’ll be working closely with seven experienced compliance policy professionals within the wider Compliance team and Group Risk function, giving you the benefit of close‑knit specialist support while staying connected to the broader risk community.
Reporting directly to the Data Protection Manager, you’ll work alongside the Compliance Policy Lead, Senior Compliance Policy Consultants and colleagues across the Homes and Money (Commercial) businesses to interpret regulatory developments, provide second‑line oversight, and help the organisation deliver good customer outcomes. With a strong culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement, it’s an excellent environment to develop your regulatory knowledge and grow your career.
