In this role, you will:

  • Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
  • Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
  • Lead or participate on large cross group projects
  • Mentor less experienced staff
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Finance, Statistics background
  • 6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Proficiency in AI framework and tools adoption (e.g. python, copilot, gen AI), data querying (SQL), advanced analytics platforms (Power BI, SAS, tableau), big data technologies (Hadoop, Dremio/Hive/PySpark), cloud technologies (GCP, Azure)
  • Certification in SAS, Python, Power BI, Power App is a plus
  • Strong hands-on experience in Pricing Analytics, including development of pricing models, profitability assessment frameworks, and rate/fee impact analysis.
  • Demonstrated capability in model documentation, adherence to governance standards, and analytical transparency.
  • Experience conducting profitability analysis for compensation plans, product pricing, and customer-level margins.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cashflow) with the ability to translate financial outcomes into pricing decisions.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess the financial impact of pricing strategies, rate revisions, and product-level analytics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Continuously track and integrate emerging AI trends and technologies to enhance the sophistication and accuracy of analytical solutions within the bank.
  • Perform advanced Pricing Analytics across products and customer segments, including hands‑on development and refinement of pricing models, profitability frameworks, and scenario analysis.
  • Conduct model documentation, governance alignment, and periodic validation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Execute ad‑hoc profitability analyses related to compensation structures, product pricing, rate strategies, fee impacts, margin movements, and customer-level profitability.
  • Apply strong financial acumen to interpret and evaluate balance sheets, P&L statements, and cashflow statements, enabling data‑driven pricing and business recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, Risk, and Pricing strategy teams to drive pricing optimization, rate-change assessments, elasticity studies, and strategic price-setting decisions.
  • Integrate pricing insights into dashboards and analytical models to support strategic initiatives and senior leadership decisions.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Proven organization, self- management, collaboration, leadership skills.
  • Experience with iterative development approach.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge and understanding of data warehouse or data mart concepts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Data mining, analysis and visualization of large financial datasets.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, risk and controls related to banking sector.
  • Experience with iterative development approach (Agile)
  • Experience with source control (GitHub)
  • Experience with issue and project tracking (JIRA)
