Responsibilities:

• Order, receive, and stock truck and trailer parts and supplies for our maintenance shop.
• Distribute and bill parts to repair orders for technicians.
• Maintain inventory levels by keeping track of slow and fast-moving parts, ensuring timely replenishment before inventory expires or runs out.
• Create, review, and monitor work orders in a timely and safe manner.

Qualifications:

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong team player mentality, always prioritizing the best interest of the company.
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach to tasks.
• Ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with parts and/or inventory management is preferred.

Requirements:

• In-office position, Monday-Friday.
• Compensation based on experience.
