What you'll do:

  • Daily update of Forex Exchange rates and send weekly approval of forex to supervisor
  • Quarterly process park and post reports
  • Participate in projects/tasks related to Site set-ups (New/ Flipped stores) – in coordination with Data Operations and FSPD
  • Update new/ flip sites MM Posting period
  • Provide reports to ICC for GLMD assigned controls
  • Create/ modify Internal Order in SAP
  • Create Swift Codes in SAP
  • Process PCF Checklist and send quarterly for PCF Checklist sign-off to Sr. Director
  • Open and Block General Ledger Accounts
  • Create/ modify General Ledger account(s)/ Chart of Accounts (CoA) in SAP
  • Create/ modify Profit Center(s) in SAP
  • Create/ modify Cost Center(s) in SAP
  • Create/ modify Profit and Cost Center Hierarchy
  • Support Tax remittance annual audits

What you bring:

  • CPA accounting designation is an asset
  • Must have excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Expertise in MS Excel is essential for this role.  Knowledgeable of using SUMIF, VLOOKUP and pivot table functions is a minimal requirement.
  • Results oriented - ability to prioritize and consistently delivers on time with high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
