About the role

What you need to know:

General objective: To ensure the correct and timely issuance of policies, guaranteeing that they are in compliance with the policies and procedures established by the Company, ensuring quality and compliance with the service levels established for this process.

- Description of Activities:

  • Review information received from clients/agents verifying to have correct and complete information in compliance with the Company's issuance policies.
  • Compare the agent's/client's request against the underwriter's proposal ensuring that the issuance is made in accordance with the proposal submitted and notifying the underwriting area of any differences.
  • Register all the information in the system verifying that it is correctly entered.
  • Manage with the corresponding areas the information or approvals required.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt and work in the face of new situations, individuals and groups.

Functional competencies:

  • Data Analytics: Strong understanding of quality performance data.
  • Business SLAs: Understanding of business expectations in terms of key deliverables.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Knowledge and ability to use data processing packages such as MS Office, advanced/intermedia Excel.
