Position Highlights:

  • Position: Patient Service Rep – Outpatient Rehab Services
  • Location: Skokie Hospital (Glenbrook Hospital)
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time- 40 Hours
  • Hours: Day shift; work 2 evenings until close at 7pm;
    • Clinic open 7-7pm M-Thur,7-5:30 Friday, 1 sat/mo 8-12
  • Required Travel: N/A

What you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: One year of related experience is required; previous administrative experience working in a medical office is preferred
  • Skills: Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute required.

What you will do:

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Collect co-pays
  • Complete patient registration
  • Provide other administrative support to the clinic
  • Check in and check out patients
