This position is the liaison between the store cash office, store management, finance and loss prevention groups. The group is responsible for ensuring that the POS data, revenue, cash deposits and any variances are recorded accurately, timely and complete.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Audit store sales, including: daily balancing of store sales to system generated reporting, interacting with store cash office personnel to resolve discrepancies, validating store deposit information, and researching & resolving missing transaction and rejected transaction issues while documenting corrections and adjustments, and meeting weekly and monthly deadlines

  • Handle the accounts receivable for the Company’s Store Chare PO and B2B gift card programs, respond to customer credit card disputes, resolve special order inventory and accounting issues, and/or complete daily tender balancing

  • Assist management and teammates with special projects and tasks as the business needs evolve

  • Assist in the training of new Sales Audit Associates

  • Track and present monthly metrics to management, highlighting any issues or discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 0-2 years’ experience
