We are a team delivering HR&Payroll services to our customer for over 10 years. We are looking for skilled leaders to manage our team and create experiences that keep the highest level of customer satisfaction. As an HR Services Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing people and building a strong team spirit, coordinating day-to-day operations, building strong relationships with customers, and analyzing and resolving service delivery concerns.

Key areas of responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily work within the team and monitoring of KPI’s
  • Actively participating in HR activities together with the Team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing
  • Control of the SOP update process
  • Provide support to the management in terms of escalation management, process improvement and reporting activities
  • Participating in projects/ activities pointed out by management
  • Coordinating of onboarding activities with regards to new hires
  • Monitoring the pre-trainings session for new joiners
  • Acting as SV back-up
  • Cooperating closely with SV on a daily basis regarding all the process related stuff

Knowledge and skills for success:

  • 1+ year of relevant experience in an SSC or BPO environment in coordinating a team
  • Good knowledge of the HR processes and understanding of payroll concepts
  • Very good interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
  • Very good communication skills
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting commitments and a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with SAP HR module
  • Very good command of German and English
