What’s involved in this role: 

We are looking for a Senior Controller.  

• Support Manufacturing VP and Plant Directors in their operational and financial decision making.
• Provide support to Operations by reporting key performance indicators. 
• Develop and maintain budgeting and results analysis programs.
• Provide support for planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations. 
• Assist with year-end independent financial audit as needed.
• Coordinate the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
• Establish and implement short-and long-range departmental goals, tactical plans, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Support the standard costing revision at the plant level with the controllers’ team and central Costing team.
• Provide profitability category relevant data to manage profitability at the category level.
• In office or hybrid schedule available

 

What you need to join our team:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a business environment required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
