We are now looking for a Partner Business Development Manager based in the UK.

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced candidate with a consistent track record of winning and handling a complex partner & distribution eco-system. This full-time position requires close collaboration with NVIDIA executive management, marketing, solution architects, global & vertical teams, OEM, Distribution, Reseller, SI, Consultants, Start-up, ISV, CSP etc., to drive revenue for the company. Furthermore a solid understanding and business experience in the overall local Partner Landscape, Software, Industry, AI, Virtualization, Visualization & Cloud Business and a get thing done mentality is a critical success factor. The ideal candidate should have the ability to demonstrated experience and industry credibility working also at the “C” level with the area of responsibility.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive new strategic partnerships for UK on a strategic, business development and operational level.

  • Develop and implement a GTM strategy & business planning.

  • Ensure collaboration between the different ecosystem players.

  • Define and execute all Pathway Programs, Communication and Measurement – cross all Business Units.

  • Ensure ongoing Reporting & Transparency.

  • Drive Partner & Pathway Funnel, Pipeline & Revenue on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Ability to travel as much as >50% of the time.

What we need to see:

  • 7+ years sales & partner experience in a pathway driven IT industry within the UK or even broader.

  • Proven track record to develop and handle strategic partnerships/alliances on an enterprise level.

  • Ability to balance between actual operational execution and long term strategy – focus & flexibility.

  • Ability to combine and balance Partner Management, Sales, Business Development and Alliance Management skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Native English – any further languages would be great.

  • Self-motivated, strong execution capability, aggressive and passionate.

  • University degree or above - economics/international business combined with computer science background, or equivalent experience.
