  • Pay: $21.62/hr (plus overtime)
  • Type: Full-Time/Paid Weekly
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:30pm-7:00am
  • Flexibility: Availability to work additional hours or days to meet customer needs

As a Materials - Lead Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our supply chain operations. You'll be responsible for:

  • Monitor email/phones for communication from internal and external customers
  • Assist team members and escalate issues as needed
  • Complete documents, reports, and metrics as required
  • Ensure completion of all daily tasks by team members
  • Ensure processes are being followed by all team members
  • Ensure information is being share and escalated timely to team members, and internal and external customers
  • Cover and train in all positions and job functions as needed
  • Cover for the Manager (minus payroll/Performance) as needed

Summary
The Material Lead Coordinator I is responsible for leading a team of Operations Coordinator's performing clerical functions within the warehouse environment. Person will serve as first point of contact for general administrative follow-up, and immediate support group needs.
 

Essential Functions

  • Monitor email/phones for communication from internal and external customers.

  • Assist team members and escalate issues as needed

  • Complete documents, reports, and metrics as required

  • Ensure completion of all daily tasks by team members

  • Ensure processes are being followed by all team members

  • Ensure information is being share and escalated timely to team members, and internal and external customers.

  • Cover and train in all positions and job functions as needed

  • Cover for the Manager (minus payroll/Performance) as needed

  • Cover for the department manager (minus payroll/performance) as needed

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required General H.S. subjects

  • One (1) year or more Previous experience in the department required

  • One (1) year or more Experience in Warehousing/Logistics Administrations required

  • One (1) year or more Experience in leadership role, such as Team Lead required

  • Receiving/Outbound/Inventory Process intermediate required

  • Knowledge of appropriate computer applications to use for tracking and report information (Excel, Word, Ryder YMS, Cross Dock database) intermediate required

  • 5S and Safety Practices intermediate required

  • Alarm Process (Escalation) intermediate required

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.

Compensation ranges for the position are below:

The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
