As a Master Data Coordinator at Johnson Controls in Holme, Denmark, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical master data across systems and departments. Your work will support informed decision-making and efficient operations.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Correct entry, updating, and maintenance of master data in our ERP system (Oracle) for industrial refrigeration spare parts (DK) and HVAC spare parts (UK).
Close collaboration with internal colleagues in both Denmark and the UK, as well as stakeholders from the service field across Europe, to ensure smooth data management.
You will join a dynamic technical team of four skilled colleagues with diverse backgrounds in mechanical and production engineering, technical support, and quality management.
How You Will Do It:
Ensure data quality and consistency by following established rules and standards to eliminate errors and duplicates.
Comply with and help define data governance guidelines to ensure data is used securely and correctly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and service organization, to align data practices with business goals and resolve data-related issues.
Identify opportunities to improve data flows and processes for greater efficiency.
Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and communicate insights to stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a keen sense of data quality.
2–3+ years of experience in data management, MDM, or similar fields.
Experience with data management software (SAP and/or Oracle, and MS Office tools).
Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and explain data concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Problem-solving skills to address data challenges and implement effective solutions.
A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
