Im Rahmen unseres unternehmensweiten Finance Transformation Programms suchen wir einen erfahrenen SAP-Scrum Master. Ihr Scrum-Team besteht aus erfahrenen SAP-Experten. Mit ihnen designen und implementieren Sie unsere Common Finance Platform im Rahmen der SAP S/4-Roll-ins der Divisionen der Swiss Life.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

• Fachliche Führung eines SAP-Experten-Teams
• Organisation und Durchführung der Scrum-Zeremonien
• Gewährleistung von Transparenz für die Gesamtprogrammleitung und die Product Ownern bei der Verwaltung des Backlogs
• Schaffung eines wertorientierten Arbeitsumfeldes für das Teams mittels fachlicher und koordinativer Unterstützung wie auch einer zielorientieren Information und Kommunikation
• Förderung der Eigenverantwortung im Team und Vorantreiben einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

Ihre Stärken

• Erfahrene Führungskraft, die Verantwortung übernimmt, starkes Engagement und Flexibilität zeigt sowie eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise hat
• Mindestens 3 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung mit entsprechenden Aus- und Weiterbildungen als Scrum Master in einem Softwareentwicklungsumfeld
• Umfassende SAP-Projekterfahrung im Finanzbereich (FI/CO, AP/AR, MM, SD, …)
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und überzeugendes Auftreten bei unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
