We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Talent Management Team. You will collaborate with our leaders and employees to execute strategies that develop, engage, and retain our employees. You will report to the Manager, Business Partnership and you will help evolve the working methods and organizational structure at DraftKings to ensure success as we rapidly grow and scale to meet the incredible opportunity before us. You will also work cross-functionally with our People team to support our employees.
Builds strong business relationships with internal clients. Acts as a single point of the HR consulting contact for the employees and managers in the respectful business units, assigned to the role.
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes, necessary to cover risks. Provides knowledge management in the company.
Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees: when necessary recruits personally the key talents for the internal clients, provokes positive changes in people management and performance improvement, challenges the optimization of the organizational structure of the internal clients, etc.
Proactively supports the front-office delivery of all integrated HR processes at the internal clients’ side.
Manages and delivers complex and difficult back-office HR processes cross-functionally.
Provides reports regarding HR general activities, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Works closely with the different HR contributors (HRBPs, recruits and employer branding).
3+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership role in an International Matrix Organization.
An analytical and highly detail-oriented approach with a passion for using data to drive decisions and program design.
A combination of experience and vision to be instrumental in growing a world-class people function in a high-growth global technology company.
Remarkable instincts around human behavior.
A willingness to work through change and learn from setbacks while seeing problems as challenges and as a growth opportunity.
The desire to challenge the norms of traditional HR by proposing new and innovative ideas and process recommendations.
Fluency in English.
