Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. You will be responsible for understanding user requirements and translating them into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements. - Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and areas for improvement. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts. - Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user research and usability testing. - Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles. - Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping purposes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
