About the team:

Join the FIS Automated Finance team as a PMO Manager to manage our end to end project lifecycle for our Receivables and Payables solutions. Our vision for the Automated Finance (EF) team is to enable our customers to easily implement a robust suite of financial solutions into their office of the CFO, so they can satisfy their customer needs, business goals and differentiate themselves from their competitors.   We will provide best-in-class program management and consulting capabilities for our customers. We operate like an incubated startup within FIS, with the full support of the company and a mandate to create a world-class implementation and delivery organization. You will be a key leader in our Client Success organization. Beyond this you will help shape the culture and work hand in hand engagement, operations, and support peers to provide best in class services and experiences to our customers and users. 

About the role:

As a leader and people manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers to interact with client business/IT and platform owners to gather requirements for application onboarding into our solutions. You will be responsible for setting priorities and ensuring that the programs stays on track with a keen focus on speed to revenue and quality of delivery with our clients.

What you will be doing:

• Builds a consulting project management team and strategy to effectively execute business plan.
• Develops consulting offerings to address market opportunities.
• Manages key FIS channel relationships such as sales, relationship management, product management, business unit management and others ensuring continued collaboration to drive results for Practice.
• Ensures Practice provides industry thought leadership.
• Responsible for profit and loss of consulting practice including forecasting and managing to revenue and expense targets and communicating business metrics to senior management.
• Ensures generated revenue meets or exceeds plan for FIS Project Management & Consulting Services Business.
• Ensures consulting engagements provide excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.
• Manages consulting PMO personnel including engagement staffing, staff performance/evaluations, effective communication, career planning and succession planning.
• Provides resources with right expertise to meet business needs and manage external relationships creating a flexible staffing alternative for peak demand times.
• Ensures effective utilization of resources on billable projects, asset development, sales support and thought leadership.
• Collaborates with other Consulting Practice Managers to ensure right resources are working on right work to optimize goals for the entire division based on priorities and demand generated.
• Attracts and retains talent to meet business needs for practice.
• Provides direct sales support throughout entire sales cycle working closely with sales and account management to create and close opportunities including proposal/statement of work development, negotiating pricing, project planning and giving prospect presentations.
• Maintains quality client relationships to gain referrals for new clients.
• Nurtures relationships, defines consulting engagements to support relationship needs and sells the initiative.
• Willing to travel 30% to 50% (or as needed).
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,190.00 - $228,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
