As a Portfolio Consultant, you will be a member of Capital Group’s Portfolio Consulting and Analytics team. You will help raise and retain assets for North American Client Group by providing differentiated insights and portfolio analysis to intermediaries.

  • You have 3+ years of investment industry experience with knowledge of advisory business, investment products, capital markets, and portfolio construction concepts..

  • You will consult with intermediaries on portfolio construction.

  • You will be responsible for preparing analytical reports and insights on investment products and portfolios.

  • You have a deep knowledge of American Funds products and services.

  • You will play a critical role in identifying challenges/opportunities and recommending solutions.

  • You have analytical skills and attention to detail in areas of high complexity.

  • You will interact and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of associates and clients.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree required. MBA Preferred.

  • You have an advanced accreditation (CIMA, CFA, CFP) preferred.

  • You have experience contributing to and/or leading projects. 

  • SIE is required to apply

  • You must obtain Series 7 & 66 during your first 90 days

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $115,232-$184,371

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
