Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and providing technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage the configuration and integration of telecommunication network elements. - Maintain and update back office system data records. - Support customer activations and configuration adjustments. - Troubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth network operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of telecommunication network operations. - Knowledge of network protocols and technologies. - Experience in configuring and managing network devices. - Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Ability to analyze and resolve network infrastructure issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
