Note: This role will be hybrid/3 days onsite for candidates who are located in/around Jacksonville, FL.

About the role: 

Analyze user requirements to determine Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system configuration and/or customization.

About the Team:

Currently, we are an in-house custom-designed application The FIS Pricing Tool (FPT) that leverages several Microsoft products to produce consistent pricing of FIS products. Excitedly we are currently in the process of implementing a new CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system to facilitate our organization's Future Forward goals. Companies must anticipate the wants and needs of customers before they are asked for. A CPQ system can directly address this pressing concern. The tool interfaces with Oracle CPQ (cloud), Outlook, SQL Server, Dynamics, and Adobe.

What you will be doing:

  • Experienced on CPQ applications platform and can work as a techno/ functional consultant on multiple applications like Oracle CPQ and pricing Custom applications.

  • Fully understanding the recommended designs and collaborating with the solution engineers to understand the business process flows.

  • Work collaboratively with development team to understand business process flow and ensure to deliver the CRM/CPQ developments on time.

  • Candidate must have Sales module knowledge and how the configuration works on CPQ platform.

  • Good to have, experience on Oracle CPQ platform with OOB configuration and BML development experience.

  • Must have MFST excel knowledge about the macros and the VBA conditions written within excel tool.

  • Candidate should be aspirational to learn new skills and should be open to work on multiple platforms like application written in VBA.

  • Active speaker on daily standups and raise the alarm if see any risk or challenge. 

  • Identifying the root cause of the defects logged business based on priority. Takes proactive measures to ensure optimal application and system performance and works with CPQ Systems Architect to address any performance issues.

  • Coordinates with ERP Business analysts and/or other internal professionals to define detailed requirements, analyze business needs, validate solutions with clients, and translate into configuration and/or customization technical design along with CPQ team.

  • Provides new and innovative alternative ideas for CRM/ CPQ system and application challenges.

  • Analyzes user requirements to determine CRM/CPQ systems configuration and/or customization, evaluates business need for system customization`s. Analyzes systems specifications and uses the latest analysis tools to represent business/ processes in a system solution.

  • Play the role of functional consultant that can create forms / business reports as per business needs.

  • Given an opportunity, should be open to learn OOB configuration and customization on CRM/ custom applications platform.

  • Should be open to stretch into multiple areas and should be aspirational to learn new platforms

  • Ensure performing rigorous testing of the developed user stories and run an E2E system integration cycle for testing signoff.

  • Ensure creating a testing scenarios sheet for integrated applications that can be used for the PROD release.

  • Ensure to have at least three CRM (Oracle / Dynamics) training courses in the year and good to have a certification for fundamentals related to CRM & CPQ platform. 

  • 100 % availability (Can be on standby) during the monthly PROD release. 

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

  • Good understanding of CRM modules like Sales/ CPQ, system customization and use of recognized best practices

  • Working knowledge of business process flows in an CRM system

  • Requires experience in full life cycle development with an emphasis on incremental, iterative development and deployment

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM system development tools and languages is required, as well as an in-depth knowledge of ERP system configuration and security

  • Strong analytical, statistical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks

  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner

  • Ability to understand and apply technical concepts

  • Ability to solve problems using learned techniques and tools

  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Flexibility, versatility, dependability

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $167,700.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
