A day in the life

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for the analysis and administration of global compensation programs that support our pay-for-performance philosophy. This position evaluates jobs, maintains job architecture, submits data to compensation surveys, and conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with HR colleagues and other departments during the annual compensation cycle
  • Analyze and evaluate jobs for internal levelling and external market matches
  • Work closely with the HR Technology and HR Business Partners to scale and drive continuous improvement to compensation processes in Workday
  • Assist Talent Acquisition by providing competitive compensation guidance for external/internal job offers

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis and administration
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Workday
  • Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and deliver insightful recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation related government regulations

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)

Hiring Salary Range of: $84,000 - $115,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
