WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

HR Administration

  • Assist with day-to-day Regional HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and employment letters.

Onboarding

  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.

HR Policies and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local/regional labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of Employment Passes (EP) and other work passes.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations and requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs.

HR Projects

  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Help in administering employee surveys and analyzing the results to recommend improvements.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and provide assistance as needed.

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or HR-related and relevant Certifications; 
  • 2 - 4  years of relevant work experience (Experience with fast-growing tech companies/startups preferred);
  • Have the ability to confidently answer every employee requests
  • Are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and conditions as well as cope effectively with complexity and change
  • Are able to maintain confidentiality and build trust  
  • Are well-organized and detailed in approach, with good follow-through
  • Demonstrates the ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
