Position Overview

The Client Solutions team delivers innovative private debt investment solutions to private wealth and institutional clients worldwide. This position, based in Zurich, is part of the team focusing on evergreen solutions. We are seeking a proactive individual to take ownership of day-to-day tasks while also driving new initiatives forward.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private debt and private wealth, along with strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities. They must be adept at meeting deadlines, prioritizing workloads, and demonstrating a strong commitment to meticulous attention to detail. A hardworking self-starter, the candidate will play a crucial role in the further development and growth of our evergreen products.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the daily operations for private debt evergreen funds.
  • Work alongside business development to grow evergreen products
  • Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding distribution agreements, distribution platforms, and distributor onboardings, client requests and other tasks.
  • Provide input to enhance existing and new marketing materials.
  • Work on specific projects to open up new distribution partners or markets.
  • Assist with and perform ad hoc projects and reviews related to the client solutions function.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in private debt and private wealth, or consulting industry experience.
  • University degree, preferably in finance, business administration, economics, or natural sciences.
  • Proven project management skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong cross-functional analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with the ability to capture and formulate complex issues.
  • Affinity for quantitative tasks is a plus.
  • Professional designation such as CFA or CAIA is a plus.
