• Answer and respond to calls & emails to end users and VIPs;
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and users;
• Be responsible for actively monitoring ticket queue and all assigned tickets, ensure accurate initial diagnosis, update, routing, functional escalation, and data integrity of all applicable incidents and requests in ticketing tools;
• Identify and Escalate problem required urgent attention;
• Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) guidelines;.

Job Requirement (Top 5):

• Studying Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Business.
• Basic knowledge in operating systems such as Windows (10, 11), MacOS and IOS and other common OA desktop applications (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
• May hold entry-level certification(s) in work field.
• Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time constraints
• Good verbal/written communication in both English and Cantonese
