Job Summary:
This role focuses on managing and utilizing various AI tools and technical platforms, such as Power BI and Power Automate, to support process optimization and data analysis. The position requires a strong technical aptitude in systems, Excel, and related technologies, as well as proficiency in implementing and maintaining technical solutions. Candidates should have experience as a New Associate – Technical knowledge, with a background in leveraging digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in managing and utilizing AI tools and technical platforms, including Power BI and Power Automate
• Strong technical aptitude in Excel systems, Power BI, Power Automate and AI Tools
• Proficiency in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing technical solutions
• Experience with process optimization and data analysis
• Skilled in leveraging digital tools to enhance operational efficiency

Additional Information:
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer application or a related field, along with good knowledge and experience in relevant US New Associate – Technical Knowledge.
- This position is based at our Mumbai MDC2B office.
