What you'll do...

Walmart Connect is a leading ad tech platform, committed to delivering innovative solutions and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and integrity. We are seeking a Senior Analyst of Ad Policy to support the review, escalation, and resolution of advertising content across Walmart Connects advertising platforms.
 

This role ensures all ads comply with company policies, legal regulations, and brand safety standards. The Senior Analyst will handle a high volume of ticket cases, provide policy expertise, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate outcomes. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role requiring sound judgment, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:  

Ticket Review & Escalation Management:

• Handle a high volume of ad review tickets daily, including escalations, appeals, and complex or ambiguous cases.

• Apply advertising policies accurately and consistently, ensuring timely resolution and minimal backlog.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

• Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries regarding advertising policies with professionalism and urgency.

• Provide clear, actionable guidance that balances compliance with business needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Engage with partners across Enforcement, Development, Enablement, Sales, and Legal to resolve issues efficiently and ensure shared understanding of policies.

• Contribute to smooth communication between business and policy teams.

Policy Review & Application:

• Review and evaluate ads across platforms for compliance with company policy, legal, and regulatory standards.

• Evaluate flagged content for misleading claims, prohibited products, or other violations.

• Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to Managers for review, providing clear summaries and recommendations.

Communication & Judgement:

• Distill complex information clearly and accurately.

• Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous cases, seeking guidance where needed and providing thoughtful rationale for decisions.

• Seek and provide constructive feedback to improve consistency and quality.

What You’ll Bring…

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field preferred.

• 2+ years’ experience in ad review, compliance, Trust & Safety, or risk management with exposure to high-volume operational work.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and roles.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
