• •Lead product development roles for technical formulation development for tape related products
  •Interact with business team and customers to identify new product opportunity
  •Work with cross function team to develop, validate process, product performance and material specification, enable NPI commercialization
  •Identify patent opportunities and support enterprise IP processes
  •Apply disciplined project practices to prioritize, execute, and document for work.

Qualification

• Keen interest in research, open mind for new technology
• •Master and above degree in chemical, Polymer, Material Science or relative disciplines is preferred
  •Innovative, resourceful, organized, and a self-starter with excellent handwritten and oral communication skills with analytical problem-solving ability
  •Able to identify technical uncertainties, propose resolving hypothesis and build plans to verify
  •Good EHS awareness
  5+ product development experience in related area
