If so, we are seeking an Advisor Treasury who will be focused on the capital raising activities across the Enbridge enterprise, including financial analysis and quarterly reporting deliverables, supporting capital markets transactions, coordinating debt compliance requirements, and more.

What you will do:

  • Coordination of credit spread analysis, offering documents, and due diligence items to support debt capital market transactions.

  • Coordinates activities related to the management of bank credit facility and debt indenture compliance requirements including financial covenant calculations and liquidity planning.

  • Responsible for financial reporting deliverables related to capital markets activity.

  • Principal liaison with banks on documentation and analysis of external credit spread indications to provide insights on markets & inform capital market transactions.

  • Responsible for the preparation of annual bank review and relationship model presentations including the compilation of all quantitative and qualitative data points from other lines of business and Treasury.

  • Supports the preparation of fixed income investor marketing materials and responding to investor queries.

  • Provides Corporate Finance support to the broader Treasury team, as well as other teams across the organization, including various analysis utilizing Bloomberg

  • Coordinate activities to support the rate reset of Enbridge preferred shares

Who you are:

Required:

  • 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in a Treasury/Corporate Finance related field with thorough knowledge of financial markets.

  • Undergraduate Business Degree (B. Comm – emphasis in Finance).

  • Comprehensive understanding of capital markets, business finance, accounting, economics and quantitative methods.

  • Superior attention to detail.

  • Strong technical skills in financial modelling, Excel, Bloomberg and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Pursuing financial designation such as CFA, CPA and familiarity with PowerBI considered an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office working conditions.

  • Stress levels can be above normal as the work is highly visible. Numerous, often challenging, interests must be handled concurrently while negotiating/influencing.

  • Office environment with some travel required to asset locations, customer sites and business conferences in Canada and the US.

  • Occasional need to put in extra hours to meet project deadlines.
