This role is responsible for managing the team that develops and executes messaging campaigns across our website and mobile app. They use a combination of internal models and Adobe Target to support personalization across the enterprise, as well as Adobe Analytics for campaign performance and optimization. The role partners with the business, digital analytics, and technology teams to prioritize, execute, and enhance campaigns. Lead strategic efforts to improve speed to market, reduce risk, and enhance real time cross functional campaigns. Develops and coach teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manage risk within the teams you oversee. Establishes goals, sets key performance indicators, and communicates clear expectations for the team to ensure effective communications are driving measurable, incremental lift and providing true business value.
Responsibilities
Responsible for campaign management, processing strategy, and execution of campaigns. Seek out and incorporate industry trends and best practices to drive optimal channel performance
Manages team members on campaign management processes.
Ensures campaigns meet government, company, and direct marketing regulations.
Define standard uses and content types for the catalog of messaging regions across the website and mobile application.
Serve as the web & app channel SME with regards to campaign personalization strategy, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
Partners with vendors to manage prospect file databases, campaign executions, and the development of campaign strategies.
Partners with the business to develop, test, and implement campaign strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Information Technology or related field
6+ years of experience in Campaign management or related
2+ years of People Management
In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Campaign management or related
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
Masters degree is Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Information Technology
8+ years of experience in Campaign management or related including vendor management or data management experience

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
