What you will do:
- Execute the HR pre-board process of new candidates from offer letter acceptance through hire; maintaining communication with candidates, divisional HR teams, and Corporate HR to ensure compliance
- Facilitate the vendor credentialing process for employees who need to gain medical facility access by providing assistance, instruction, and attestation letters
- Monitor the successful initiation and completion of background, drug screen, and required documents in accordance with our standard and government requirements
- Facilitate I-9 and E-Verify process; following up on any e-verify non-confirmation results to comply with government regulations.
- Communicate with HR business partners, managers and candidates as needed pertaining to required documents, outstanding background screen items
- Review background results in accordance with our standard and make a determination regarding ability to move forward with the hiring process, having difficult conversations as necessary
- Collaborate with team, manager, HRBPs and HR Compliance during the candidate review process regarding issues that may surface
- Assist current employees with vendor credentialing needs including but not limited to background checks, drug screens and attestation letters
What you need:
Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience (HRIS, HR, Customer Service preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook and Teams)
Preferred
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study or equivalent related work experience is preferred
- Proven ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions, and resolve sensitive problems
- Demonstrated customer service experience
