Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

• Die Planung, Durchführung und Berichterstattung von IT-Audits sowohl im Inland als auch international, unter Einhaltung der IIA- und ISACA-Standards. Dies beinhaltet eine Reisetätigkeit von ca. 10%.
• Durchführung detaillierter Systemprüfungen, Untersuchungen zur IT-Governance und Prozessanalysen mit einem Fokus auf applikatorische Kontrollen und Cybersecurity.
• Identifikation und Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotenzialen im IT-Risikomanagement und der Risikokontrolle, einschliesslich der Entwicklung und Kommunikation von praktikablen und nachhaltigen Lösungen.
• Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Revisionsberichte und das Follow-up von Revisionsempfehlungen.
• Pflege und Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern wie Risikomanagement, Compliance und IT, insbesondere in Beratungsfunktionen und bei der jährlichen Risikobewertung.
• Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von Data Analytics (z.B. Datenextraktion, Visualisierung, Process Mining, ML) in der Risikobewertung und Audit-Durchführung.

Ihr Profil:

• Höherer Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik und entsprechenden Zertifizierungen (z.B. CISA, CISM, CISSP).
• Mindestens 4 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der internen/externen IT-Revision oder in einer IT-Risikomanagement-Funktion.
• Starker Sozialkompetenz, einem professionellen Auftreten und Teamgeist, ergänzt durch Durchsetzungsstärke.
• Ausgeprägten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, schneller Auffassungsgabe und hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein.
• Engagement, einer positiven Einstellung und der Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Geschäftsreisen.
• Tiefe technische IT-Kenntnisse (z.B. System- und Applikationssicherheit, IAM, Cybersecurity, AI), die für die Durchführung sowohl reiner IT-Audits als auch integrierter IT- und Business-Audits notwendig sind.
• Sehr guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.
