Student Lifecycle Officer (Admissions) 

 

  • Full-time , Continuing position   

  • Salary Level HEW 5+ 17% Superannuation 

  • Based at the  Melbourne CBD  campus,  and hybrid ways of working  

 

About the role 

As Student Lifecycle Officer, you will share responsibility for supporting the effective delivery of student lifecycle administration across our College programs. You will work across the full range of activities associated with the Student Lifecycle as well as support admissions specific tasks including intake preparation, applicant and student communications, assessing applications and contributing to key events such as Open day and information sessions. 

 

This position is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with a background in education or student administration, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.  

 

To be successful in this position, you will have:  

  • Some experience in administrative support in a university environment or similar large and complex organisation 

  • Ability to work effectively as a flexible team member committed to achieving own and work team goals and priorities 

  • A passion and experience in high quality customer service and the ability to provide advice  

  • Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative in identifying and pursuing opportunities to improve existing practices and services 

  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
