SCOPE OF THE ROLE / KEY MEASURES

Major Responsibilities:

Work closely together with the global finance to organize and drive productivity topics in the Asia Pacific region, including: trainings to local team, global guidance/best practices localization, support local team on opportunities assessment, project status track, financial data forecast and actual consolidation, etc. Support the India ROS segment finance leader to drive India ROS business until local analysts are ready, including budget data preparation, monthly forecast, actual variance analysis and specific topics deep dive, and business performance materials preparation. Work closely together with the direct people manager to manage team general works: Opex expense management, legal entity topics, business areas, business line performance controlling and other specialist departments, projects, etc. Ad-hoc assignments as requested.

Job Requirements:

Strong financial planning and analysis experience required, including written and verbal communication, as well as robust presentation skills. Requires complex judgments, in depth analysis, interpretative thinking and the ability to independently develop innovative solutions. Analytical and problem-solving orientation. Comfortable with numbers and constructing frameworks and models to analyze data. Experience in learning new systems/tools and proactively look for opportunities to create operational efficiencies with existing processes. Experience in working and problem solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and precise way of working while maintaining always high- quality standards. Experience in working under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrated organizational skills. Experience in project management, collaboration in teams, and goal-oriented communication with partners across hierarchy levels. Team management experience is a plus.

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree and/or professional designation in accounting/finance. 10~ years’ working experience preferably in financial planning and analysis. Advanced English communication skills: both written and oral. Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and SAP skills;
