Job Description Summary

               

Provide financial analysis and technical support for the Treasury Capital Markets Team. Responsible for modeling and reporting for the Treasury Capital Markets team. This position contributes to the corporation’s success by providing quantitative and qualitative analysis. The position interacts with all levels of internal management and internal/external business partners.

Job Description

  • Support Treasury in managing financial risk for the corporation
  • Support Treasury in overseeing financial risk management for commodity hedging (serves as the middle office for reporting of commodity derivatives)
  • Support Treasury for management reporting deliverables on a monthly, quarterly and an annual basis for the Board of Directors and other items
  • Performs reporting and forecasting/budgeting function for Treasury Capital Markets team
  • Collaborate with Treasury Operations and FP&A teams to develop a robust cash flow statement model
  • Support Treasury Debt/Equity Capital Markets initiatives as needed
  • Support Treasury for any type of ad hoc financial analysis/modeling needed for 5 year strategic plan, capital structure, mergers & acquisitions, competitor data, lease vs buy, banking relationships, rating agencies, etc.
  • Perform financial covenant analysis on a quarterly basis and develop a robust process for forecasting covenant ratios, etc.
  • Execute on share buyback programs (if applicable) as directed by Treasurer and CFO
  • Perform lease vs. buy analysis and make recommendations to Treasury team for various financing transactions
  • Support the SEC reporting team for all debt/equity reporting as well as financial derivatives for disclosures, etc.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required, pursuit of MBA and/or CFA designation is a plus
  • 5+ years related experience preferred
  • SAP system & Bloomberg technical expertise preferred
  • Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills and demonstrate a great attention to detail
  • Successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Successful candidate will be proficient with PC software including previous exposure and medium to advanced knowledge to MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, complex financial markets, strong computer skills, attention to detail and a high degree of organizational skills are essential

This compensation is specific to this position and takes into account a number of variables. Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range posted based on various factors, including, but not limited to, job duties, experience and expertise. A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $81,620.00 - $122,430.00
