Summary: As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will design and develop engineering systems associated with physical products. Your typical day will involve managing feature plan implementation, conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), and ensuring the successful integration of engineering architecture. You will also be responsible for conducting simulations and test methods to ensure the functionality and quality of the products. This role requires a high level of expertise in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop engineering systems. - Conduct design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks. - Manage feature plan implementation and ensure the successful integration of engineering architecture. - Perform simulations and test methods to validate the functionality and quality of the products. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Strong understanding of engineering architecture and system integrations. - Experience in conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA). - Knowledge of simulation and test methods for product validation. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance. Your typical day will involve managing back-office system data records, supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments, and ensuring seamless Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: • Maintenance administration of Voice PBX systems services Responsible for handling day-to-day Voice operations, requirements issues • Managing & maintaining Cisco Unified communication and collaboration, contact center network, WebEx, Telepresence Infrastructure for various clients. • Managing & maintaining MGCP, H.323 gateways, CUBE / CUSP, SIP trunks and troubleshooting issues. • Provide L1 / L2 support for operational activities. • Vendor management for resolving major production issues. • Handling day to day Incidents and Service requests. • Sending daily and weekly status reports to Client and Project Manager. • Understand requirements from client and fulfill as per standards. • Prepare Standard operating procedure documents. • Planning, coordinating, tracking and executing Migrations. • Identify process improvement areas and define new processes. • Identify automation areas and implement the automations to optimize the team efforts. • Coordinating with vendors on process improvement areas and ensure to have those in place. • Contributing and driving project / capability initiatives. Technical Experience : • Knowledge on Cisco UC&C, WebEx Meetings, WebEx Teams, Cisco Meeting Server, TMS, VCS/Expressways, Voice gateways, CUBE/CUSP, Video Endpoints, Media Control Unit, Cisco Emergency Responder. • Good Technical knowledge and hands-on on Cisco UC&C environment. • Management and troubleshooting of complex environment. • Hands-on experience on MACD (Move, add, change, delete) • Basic understanding on WebEx control hub, Site admin, Video infrastructure components. • Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer. • Good understanding on ITIL processes. Technical Experience: • Product/Solution knowledge – Cisco UC&C, WebEx Meetings, WebEx Teams, Cisco Meeting Server, CUC/Unity, Expressways, Voice gateways, CUBE/CUSP, Video Endpoints, Media Control Unit, E911 (Intrado). • Technical knowledge and hands-on on Cisco UC&C environment. • Implementation and ongoing management of the Cisco UC&C products. • Understanding of ITIL processes. Good To have: • Exposure on UCCX. • Understanding of Routing and Switching, Firewalls etc. Professional Attribute • Hands-on experience on one or more products mentioned above. • Experience in managing UC&C environments. • Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area (and understanding them in the context of the business) • Self-driven, target oriented. • Excellent communication skills. • Previous experience working with cross geography teams. • Ready to work in shift Education • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred. Certifications • CCNA / CCNP / CCNP Voice
