We are looking for an organized planner that can work independently on multiple assignments.  Our Project Coordinator provides key tactical services to the Project Execution teams by supporting the Project Managers with functional, administrative, and organizational tasks.  This position works closely with Project Managers and project partners to ensure that all requirements are met through the project lifecycle.  If ensuring safe and efficient execution of maintenance and construction programs sounds intriguing to you, this position could be for you!

Here’s What You Will Do:

  • Provide regular look-ahead status reporting to PMs on upcoming deliverables (Gating, issues management, compliance, Operational Readiness, etc.)

  • Ensure project plans are kept up to date.

  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.

  • Ensure various Projects organizational and compliance systems are populated and maintained (SharePoint, JIRA, Encompass, etc.).

  • Manage the project RAIL.

  • Monitor critical material delivery status.

  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings and keep/distribute meeting minutes.

  • Undertake various project tasks as directed by Project Managers.

  • Support project documentation activities.

  • Assist with utilizing previous lessons learned during project development and capturing new lessons learned realized in project closeout.

  • Track and ensure resolution of stakeholder requests.

  • Monitor and drive various Project closeout activities in Stage 5.

  • Provide various project support to the Manager and Project Managers.

  • Act on behalf of the department in dispensing routine information

  • Answer general inquiries and obtaining data

  • Keep internal and external partners up to date on changes

  • Receive, respond, and distribute project-specific correspondence and information internally and externally.

  • Make and send reports as needed to appropriate departments, companies, and agencies.

  • Manage third party project stakeholder technology access to Enbridge systems.

Who You Are:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Background in industrial project delivery of various sizes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Office and Power BI).

  • Be able to take directions from, and work with, various stakeholders.

  • Ability to apply reasoning and analytical abilities to accomplish tasks and projects.

  • Ability to handle a heavy workload and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Customer-focused and hard-working mindset.

  • Valid drivers’ license.

  • Ability to travel domestically and within North America.

Preferred:

  • Technical certificate or degree in Engineering or other technical discipline.

  • Four or more years of projects experience.

  • PMP or equivalent certification in Project Management.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based position with infrequent field travel required.

  • Periodic trips to remote offices and field construction jobsites.

Physical Requirements:

Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.

Include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
