Geisinger Health System, Provider Recruitment Department is seeking a Recruitment coordinator to join their growing team.Job Duties:
Collaborates with the Provider Recruiters and other members of the Geisinger talent team to develop the visit itinerary to ensure the delivery of an exceptional experience for the candidate and their family. Coordinates travel, lodging, community tours and meals for candidate's visit.
Assists with sending interview feedback requests via the company Applicant Tracking System and ensures timely completion by hiring managers.
Partners with colleagues in HR to implement and coordinate creative programs and strategies designed to retain and engage talent in areas of high turnover and hard to fill roles.
Partners closely with the Provider Recruitment team, HR and outside vendors to determine enhancements and improve results.
Distributes, collates and analyzes data from a standardized post interview feedback survey to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
