Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1.     To develop, setup and operate laser ablation/laser mark, ball mount, reflow or sawing process. 
2.     To establish new machine recipe with suitable machine and process parameters on laser, ball mount/reflow or saw 
     singulation process. 
3.     To work on machine modifications/tools/jigs fabrication for yield improvement or enhance process robustness. 
4.     To work on yield improvement. 
5.     To coordinate engineering builds/DOE/evaluations and follow up closely until closure. 
6.     To work on documentation such as operating procedure, ROHS, FMEA, control plans etc. 
7.     To recommend the best material & process flow for all the new product introduction. 
8.     To establish operating procedures, provide training to all parties such as engineers, technicians, operators, and trainer. 
9.     Problem solver to solve process issues in systematic way by correct analysis tools.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years’ experience & good technical knowledge in laser technology/ball mount/reflow/saw singulation process. 

2. At least a AUTOCAD beginner. 

3. MINITAB/JMP user.

4. Equipped with MATERIAL knowledge. 

5. A multitasking personal who can be able to expand his/her role with willingness to learn. 

6. Fast learner.

7. Good writing report skills. 

8. Good soft skills such as communication, presentation skills. 

9. Passionate with work towards goal/KPI.
