Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Project Management positions on the Enterprise Release Support Team provides support to Service Operations and other internal business partners by participating in the development, management, and implementation of system initiatives with direct responsibility for user acceptance testing confirm the business need of system changes on the ACAS (Automated Claims Adjudication System) platform for commercial business. If you have a passion for finding and correcting issues and delivering a quality product that will help our customers, both internally and externally, this is the job for you! In this role you would:

  • Ensure the accuracy of artifacts related to user acceptance testing
  • Develop and execute user acceptance tests for projects and service requests based on business needs
  • Review and analyze QA test results
  • Provide input on business plan to achieve business goals
  • Proactively leads assigned user acceptance tests for projects and service requests by adhering to the established timelines, meeting the key milestones dates, and engages other resources as needed to successfully complete the work
  • Assist with the management of internal relationships, processes, and performance drives
  • Identify issues that may stall project and collaborates with manager and team to address them before they are in production
  • Track progress and communicate status on a regular basis to all impacted parties
  • Facilitate meetings to review results and to gain clarification of the expected business needs and testing
  • May solicit and evaluate internal and external customer feedback to enhance continuous quality improvement
  • May identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization
  • Develop recommendations based on complex data and root cause analysis May serve as a Subject Matter Expert



Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of ACAS processing or ACAS rework experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be available to work during the core business hours of 9am - 4pm EST
  • Hybrid work Model if you live within 25 miles of an office location(TBD)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with management
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team


Education
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
