Earnings Policy Execution
Support the implementation and monitoring of earnings-related policies and standards.
Ensure earnings practices align with internal fairness principles, legal requirements, and business goals.
Maintain documentation and version control for earnings policies and changes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Lead analysis of earnings data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor earnings equity, consistency, and compliance.
Partner with Data Science and Product teams to validate earnings models and calculations.
Governance & Compliance
Support audits and reviews of earnings practices to ensure adherence to governance standards.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and HR to address regulatory or reputational risks.
Maintain an inventory of earnings-related models and tools, ensuring proper governance.
Change Management & Communication
Coordinate rollout of earnings policy changes, including stakeholder communication and training.
Track change logs, approvals, and feedback loops to support continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to align earnings governance with broader business objectives.
Support the strategy and cross-functional roadmap for flexible, compliant disbursement solutions, aligning internal teams and external partners.
Serve as a subject matter expert on earnings governance in cross-functional initiatives.
What you'll bring:
6-8 years of experience in operations, compensation governance, data analytics, compliance, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
Familiarity with compensation frameworks, labor standards, or gig economy dynamics.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge of AI/ML model governance or earnings algorithm design.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
