The Opportunity
This position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Neuromodulation Division. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum.
The Product Manager, Global Digital Health will be accountable for a global 5-year needs-based roadmap and strategy for products and services within the NeuroSphere platform. This position will communicate and champion our digital health vision, strategy, and value to align cross functionally. This role will help lead to that future by collaborating with a cross-functional, talented development team.
What You’ll Work On
Regularly engages with the field, clinicians, medical affairs, and health care economics and reimbursement to understand changes in market dynamics both qualitatively and quantitatively.
Keeps abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and broader digital opportunities.
Leads market research initiatives – internally and externally.
Owns targeting and customer segmentation for the NeuroSphere platform and joint accountability for identifying and sizing key users and use cases.
Compiles and socializes key insights and product/feature implications.
Serve as the voice of the patient, clinician and sales rep on development programs, including the support of requirements.
Constructs business cases and ROI justification for new features and capabilities and backs decisions based on app-use data and market analysis. Ensures documentation captures business and market needs as described by leadership.

Supports market research, remains actively involved in product development and design, leads commercial launch new products, inform and advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance, and actively collect feedback and ideas for next generation digital products.
Manages & executes day-day alongside R&D, delivering on sprint plans and product roadmap.
Manages, documents, and integrates UX feedback at key gates/milestones.
Responsible for cross-functional communication and representing business/upstream marketing.
Facilitates collaboration between regulatory and software to identify the regulatory pathway for medical and non-medical software modules.
Serve as the voice of the patient, clinician and sales rep on development clinical research programs. Co-creates compelling, data-driven marketing claims and weaves these into approved marketing materials.
Collaborate with downstream marketing to create launch plans, drive education and adoption of current and future patient app features with the field.
Closely collaborates with software, legal, regulatory, compliance, and privacy to secure approvals for new features and marketing material
Represents the business during product demonstration, advisory boards, and across various events. Functions as advocate and ambassador of digital solutions for internal and external audiences.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience of related work experience with exposure to sales, marketing and/or development in one or more of the following areas:
Healthcare
Medical Devices
Digital products (B2B and B2C)
Excellent analytical and modeling skills for business case development
Ability to tell a user story clearly, concisely, and persuasively
Understanding of user experience and design
Ability to work independently and in groups
Ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to ideate, hypothesize and test
Ability to form interpersonal relationships
Ability to lead and influence without direct authority
Strong aptitude to learn
Excellent use of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel software
Comfortable with digital development tools including Jira, Product Board, and Figma
Ability to learn new tasks quickly and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.

The base pay for this position is
$95,000.00 – $190,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
