As a project engineer, you will manage design, scope and order reconciliation for new projects from pre-sale to sign off in assigned territory.
Assists in Pre-Sales activities including, but not limited to quote assistance, technical specifications, defining customer scope of work, and other pre-sales / pre-installation activities as necessary.
Responsible for reviewing pre-sales quotes, to ensure the bill-of-materials is commensurate with the intended scope of work prior to purchase order submission.
Responsible for reviewing sales orders, after purchase order submission, to ensure the bill-of-materials is commensurate with the intended scope of work.
Communicate findings in project meetings with Project Managers, Sales Reps, and other appropriate personnel.
Accountable to project team for ensuring all technical requirements are met.
Develops project objectives and specifications through project plans, product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; working closely with Sales to complete technical assessments and project proposals.
Responsible for technical design of approximately 100 projects annually while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Creates wire diagrams to communicate product configuration and scope intentions.
Technical resource for customers and field personnel within assigned region.
Approves CAD drawings.
Responsible for resolving all design, operability, and regulatory issues associated with installation.
Ensure the passage of all inspections associated with installation, and operability of installations in assigned territory.
Lead advanced product installations, on site or remotely, to completion. Responsibilities include product configuration, communicating customer network issues and super user training.

4 years of experience developing products with experience in new product development or relevant technical experience
$85,500.00 - $182,100.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
