This is a requisition intended for HP Summer 2024 Intern Conversions.

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for assisting in regional competitive analysis to understand pricing strategies, promotions, and competitor go-to-market activities, to inform PSS life cycle strategies. The role also involves monitoring regional inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and supporting product/service/solution launches in collaboration with regional marketing and product teams. Additionally, the role supports various activities, including obsolescence management, pricing strategies, communication with sales forces and customers, voice of the customer representation, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Assists in conducting regional competitive analysis to gather insights into pricing strategies, promotions, and go-to-market activities of competitors, to inform PSS life cycle strategies.
• Supports in monitoring regional inventory levels to ensure that sufficient stock is available to meet customer demands.
• Helps in execution of product/service/solution launches working closely with the regional marketing and product teams.
• Participates in activities related to the obsolescence and end-of-life management of PSS, including inventory disposition and discontinuation planning.
• Supports the execution and analysis of product/service/solution price promotions and discounting strategies.
• Assists in facilitating communication with regional sales forces, customers, and partners to support the acceleration of the sales process.
• Supports voice of the customer representation by gathering and sharing insights on customer needs and preferences.
• Applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.
• Supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $68,240 to $102,360 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
