Job Title: Client Care Associate (Veterinary Receptionist) 

Salary: From £24,045 D.O.E. 

Location: Kidderminster, Worcester 

Job Type: Permanent 

Hours: 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8.30am-7.30pm Monday-Friday, 1 in 2 Saturday mornings on a rota. Saturday hours to increase to a full day and 1 in 3 once there are 3 CCAs on the rota.    

 

We are looking for someone to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our friendly team. Could that be you? 

 

Role & Responsibilities 

We are excited to share with you a unique and exciting opportunity to become part of a brand-new vet practice, for our purpose designed, high quality practice, which is anticipated to open in November 2024. This is a new opportunity for someone with customer service experience, looking to deliver excellence in a pet focused environment to support growing our client and patient registrations.  

 

The successful candidate will have exemplary communication skills, numeracy, and a desire to offer the best possible service to our clients and their pets. 

 

  • Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure first class customer service 

  • Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business 

  • Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile 

  • Booking appointments and diary management 

  • Managing telephone and email inquiries 

  • Taking payment for services and products 

  • Managing cash, stock, and client accounts 

  • Working with our practice management computer software 

  • listening to and helping to resolve client concerns. 

 

Previous experience in a client focused role would be advantageous.

About Us 

Located in the heart of Kidderminster within walking distance of the town, this purpose designed 4000 sq ft site comprises of separate cat and dog waiting areas and wards, isolation facilities, 6 consulting rooms, bereavement room, two theatres, dental suite, imaging room and associate rest room. The practice will be well equipped with the usual in-house diagnostic and surgical kit.   

   

You will be warmly welcomed into our team and will be joining other key start-up associates to build and drive the practice performance while providing support to each other.
