Cost Accountant

We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join our Target Rock team!

As our Cost Accountant, you will review the Cost Inputs, Cost Outputs, Standards, ETC’s and Quotes.

Location: East Farmingdale, NY

Salary/hourly rate: $63,100 to $84,200

Your Challenge

• Ensure input and output of cost book is accurate.
• Price out residual material left over from completed projects.
• Price out cost transfers.
• Review all quotes, major purchase orders.
• Set-up and monitor efficiencies.
• Interact with Data Processing to correct or add programming.
• Monitor standards.
• DCAA Audits, and internal/external audits.
• Prepare Commercial quotes.
• Set-up and review all project budgets to Oracle system.
• Set up and run inventories when required
• Additional duties as assigned by Unit Controller.

What You Bring

• BBA in Accounting.
• Must be a U.S Citizen.
• ORACLE ERP knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment, Excel, and Word
