Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital PM Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Deliver high quality technology products / services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly. Drive customer-centric, and value-driven product strategy, define roadmap, and manage product life cycle well. Build strong partnership with the business stakeholders to help drive strategic direction and investment decisions. Leverage customer research, feedback, competitive analysis, and industry trends to drive investment choices that will cultivate long-term innovation for the business and customer. Communicate business requirements to the user experience design team and the engineering team, review the software development progress, and make sure that the product is of a high quality. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, and five (5) years of product management experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience, or three (3) years in the alternative with a Master’s degree, must include: Developing user-facing digital products, including but not limited to web and mobile applications, that communicate with cloud systems, and developing strategy for software development and execution; Defining and developing product roadmaps including product requirements, timeframes, & user stories to plan for the product development and launch in the future, using tools including JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio; Conducting competitive and industry analysis of digital platforms, software applications, developing new digital products and services, and managing Application Programming Interface (API) Development; Identifying customer pain points by data tracking, data analysis, and visualization using data analytics tools including Firebase analytics or Adobe analytics, logging tools, and Microsoft Excel as well as User experience design with Design Thinking; and Analyzing business requirements to build user-friendly web and mobile software applications according to the customer and business needs, by collaborating with tech teams and user experience design teams. In the alternative, employer will accept Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in an above stated field of study, and three (3) years of product management experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
