Description
We are looking for a motivated mechanical engineering student to work as an intern in the Hardware Quality team, for the Large Format printing products, in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain.
Generic Roles and responsibilities:
Develop Finite Element models to simulate a range of mechanical loads applied to structural components
Define and plan relevant mechanical tests for model correlation and iterative tuning
Teamwork: be an excellent team player
Required Qualifications:
Currently studying Bachelor's or Master's degree in degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Availability to establish internship agreement with University during 6-12 months, either on a part-time or full-time basis.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques.
Demonstrated knowledge of Ansys, CFD, MatLab, statistical analysis.
Knowledge in Python would be a plus.

Creative problem solving
Methodical and able to organize and prioritize tasks
Basic knowledge of research methodology
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
