Job Summary

The Compensation Analyst will participate in compensation-related projects by conducting market analysis, job evaluations, completing survey benchmark reviews, and data-driven compensation reviews to ensure that salary structures remain competitive. Additionally, the Compensation Analyst will be responsible for compensation data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity while supporting system enhancements and compliance with regulations.
This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our compensation programs effectively support talent acquisition, retention, and organizational performance. The ideal candidate has experience in compensation analysis, market benchmarking, survey participation, with a solid understanding of compensation practices within the healthcare industry.

Pay Range

Minimum $35.12 Midpoint $46.53 Maximum $57.94

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

* Required: Minimum two (2) years professional experience in Human Resources, Compensation, HR analyst or similar. Minimum one (2) years of intermediate excel spreadsheet experience.

* Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience. Minimum of 3 years of direct Compensation experience.

Education

* Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or Business Administration.

Training

* Required: None required.

Specialized Skills

* Required: General understanding of HR Business processes and procedures. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Analytical skills including data analysis, and some financial modeling. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Attention to detail. Current knowledge of field and applicable employment laws.

Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and be flexible with changing priorities. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction. Licensure

* Required: None required.

* Preferred: PHR, SHRM-CP.
