About This Role

This position is for a recognized Operations or Supply Chain Project Leader, who leads and coordinates projects through large and complex operations organization with greater than 10 factories and multiple supporting functions. The position needs to collaborate extensively with business unit leaders and supporting functions to ensure operational effectiveness across the value stream.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and synchronize project planning across Americas operations sites. 

• Drive progress follow up of various operative projects. 

• Coordinate productivity across the different Americas operations sites. 

• Plan and lead goal alignment sessions to ensure, as well as coordinate tracking with operations leaders. 

• Ensure timely completion and the development of material to support long range plans of operational goals.  

• Coordinates strategic operational planning efforts for the region. 

• Drive and coordinate timely preparation and conduct monthly operational review (MOR) for the Americas. 

• Drive operative communication strategy for Americas operations region.   
• Ability to travel 20%.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years prior experience in operations management, factories/materials/quality management or supply chain management.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and able to identify links and potential impact on operational outcome.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders in factories/operational settings.
• Prior experience in HVAC, aerospace, automotive or automation fields.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a matrixed environment.
